How to make a complaint
We aim to meet your needs by providing high quality, evidenced based services with compassion and care. Occasionally a patient may feel that we have not fulfilled this requirement. If you feel the need to raise a complaint you can request a complaints form from our reception staff. We will try to resolve your complaint promptly and we will use the complaint to learn from and continually improve our services.
