Children’s Capital of Culture School Baton Relay

Today Rawmarsh Health Centre proudly hosted the finishing line of the Children’s Capital of Culture school baton relay for the Rawmarsh leg of the Rotherham-wide event, bringing together schools and communities across the area.

The baton handover celebrated the spirit of collaboration and creativity that the initiative has inspired in young people. As the final stop on this leg of the relay, Rawmarsh Health Centre was chosen as a valued community landmark and thanked for their community spirit.

Staff and students gathered to witness the event, which highlighted the strong connection between health, education, and community wellbeing.
