Before using this tool, your clinician will always ask for your consent

Your response will be recorded in your medical record. If you prefer not to have this tool used during your consultation, please let your clinician know.
Your choice will always be respected, and the clinician will use traditional note taking instead.
The software does not retain any audio recordings, and the transcribed notes are reviewed and approved by your clinician before being saved into your medical record. All data is processed securely in the UK and complies with NHS information governance standards
